Jill Gengler, Administrator
Jill Gengler is the Administrator at Colfax Health & Rehab. She joined the organization eight years ago and is honored to be part of an organization with such a long standing reputation for quality and caring. "The main focus of my position will always be to maintain and uphold our reputation through the many changes presented to us in the health care industry."
She currently resides in Bloomer with her husband Steve and their three beautiful daughters, Lauren, Stephanie and Jessica. Jill is originally from New Auburn, Wisconsin and attended UW-Eau Claire where she received her degree in Health Care Administration. She worked in Milwaukee for a large Health Care Corporation before relocating back to this area.
Laurie Craft, Resident Service Director & Admissions Coordinator
Laurie Craft is the Resident Service Director and Admissions Coordinator. Laurie has worked in the Social Service field since 1990, whereby ten of her first years were spent in Mesa, Arizona as a Social Worker and Consultant for a large Health Care Corporation. She came back to the Midwest in March of 2000 where she currently resides on Tainter Lake with her life partner, Therese. Some of Laurie's hobbies include gardening, fishing, and photography. Laurie is originally from Wisconsin Rapids, WI and attended UW-Stevens Point where she received her BS degree in Wellness Management/Gerontology.
Laurie is proud to claim that Colfax Health and Rehabilitation Center offers more than just health care. "We are a family oriented campus and dedicate our heart and soul to forming and maintaining long-term friendships with our residents and their families. It's a great feeling knowing that our entire staff has the ability and opportunity to make a difference in our residents' lives each day."
Matt Klukas, Director of Maintenance
Matt is the Director of Maintenance and has worked at this location since 2005.. He grew up in Colfax, Wisconsin. In his spare time, Matt likes Racing and has his own race car he works on.
Aside from taking advantage of free time and doing the things he loves, Matt spends a great deal of his time here at Colfax Health and Rehabilitation Center. He is grateful for working with a facility that emphasizes a relaxing, family-oriented atmosphere. "I like the people, and I enjoy it here. --Matt

Tina Logslett, Director of Housekeeping and Laundry
Tina is the Housekeeping Supervisor for Colfax Health and Rehab. Although originally from Milwaukee, Tina has lived in Colfax for almost her whole life, where she later met and married her husband of twenty-nine years. She and her husband have three beautiful children and a grandson, Lucas.
For six years, Tina has been a significant attribute in keeping the facility well maintained and making residents and other staff members feel comfortable and happy with their time here. Her vibrant personality and diligent work ethic are the perfect combination for success as a leader.

Amy Ralph, RD - Registered Dietician
Amy joined the organization in 2009 as the facility’s Registered Dietitian. “The part that I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to get to know the residents and help them reach their best possible health through nutrition.”
She currently lives outside of Colfax with her husband Jon and their three children, Eli, Sam, and Lia. Amy is originally from Wadena, Minnesota and attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout where she received her Bachelor degree in Dietetics and her Master degree in Food & Nutritional Sciences. Her hobbies include being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and camping.
Kenzie Galetka, Employee Relations Specialist
Kenzie Galetka joined Colfax Health and Rehabilitation Center in 2011. She started here as a CNA, then an RNA, over to the RCAC Manager role, and now has made her way up into a newly created role as the Employee Relations Specialist. She brings great perspective to the facility from working in many different departments. Kenzie bought her first home in the town of Colfax in 2014. She has lived in Colfax since she was a little girl. In May 2017, Kenzie obtained an Associate Degree in Human Resources Management at Chippewa Valley Technical College. This fall, Kenzie began her first semester at UW- Stout and is working to obtain her Bachelor Degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources.
Working full time and attending school full time is a lot of work, but when she has spare time, she spends it with her family. Most of her family lives in the Colfax area as well, so Colfax is a big part of her life. She enjoys learning the guitar, summer time fishing, and shopping. She loves to spend time with the residents as well. “My work here has been so rewarding and so humbling. I feel blessed to have the residents and their families in my life and I can’t think of another job where I would find that love. I have met many great people working through Colfax Health and Rehabilitation Center and I wouldn’t have it any other way!”
Barbara Stobb Director of Activities
Oct. 22, 1977, Barbara started at the Area Nursing Home in the Dietary Department (only position in this facility she actually applied for). Since then she has been asked to take the following positions; Activity Aide, Administrative Assistant, Director of Medical Records and now Activity Director.
Barbara was born July 27, 1954 in Elk Mound Wi and is the middle child with 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Barb lived in Elk Mound until 3 years of age and then moved to EC then moved back to Elk Mound when she was in 5th
grade. Her fondest childhood memory is having 49 cousins on my mothers’ side that she would spend many summer vacations with on their farms. Barb went to school in Eau Claire for grades K thru 4th
and in 5th
thru High School graduation in Elk Mound. Barb's high school sweet heart and husband of 43 years has taught her the most about life. She met her husband on Dec. 6, 1970 on their first date with Paul Stobb. Barb and Paul have remained High School Sweet Hearts. They were married on Dec. 28th
, 1974. They have two children, and four grandchildren.
In her free time Barb likes camping, gardening, crocheting, wood working, and four wheeling, sewing, cooking, baking, canning and freezing, restoring old tractors, soap making, spending time with family. Barb also owns a small hobby farm as well, she also owns a 1970 VW bug (like they had when they were dating) and enjoy taking it for Sunday rides. I always tell everyone, I have already done everything on my bucket list and have started to repeat it!
I am most proud of my children, still being married to my best friend and my history as an employee of Colfax Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Amber Moen Ridge Crest Manor Manager
I have been working in the nursing field for 8yrs and all my years have been in Geriatric care, with a small exception of sometime spent in behavioral health. Working with the geriatric population is so rewarding. Every day that I come to work it is coming home to my second family. I am greeted with smiles, hugs, troubles and small talk. With this greeting the staff is able to provide the best care for each and every resident in our “home”. I have a wonderful husband, son, and a spoiled dog Maci. When not at work I enjoy spending time with all of our family, going to the water parks, swimming, gardening and quilting.
Melissa Mann Director of Nursing

Melissa joined Colfax Health and Rehabilitation in 2009. She started out as an LPN and is now an RN and Director of Nursing.
Melissa was born in Hastings, MN and is the oldest of 3 children. She grew up on a hobby farm just outside of Glenwood City, WI and attended Grad School, Middle School and High School in Glenwood City. After graduation, Melissa went into the Army and served 24 years before retiring. Melissa was active for Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom.
Melissa is the mom of 2 sons and a grandmother to 4 grandchildren. Her hobbies include quilting, motorcycle riding and crafts.
Melissa biggest influence in life is her mother whom has always been there to support her.
Allison Kruger, Dietary Manager
Allie was born and raised in Colfax. After graduation she pursued a degree in dietetics from University of Wisconsin – Stout. She now oversees the Dietary Department and helps run the day to day operations of our meal service. She meets with residents and their families to make sure all their needs are being met. Her knowledgeable and experience has become very valuable to us at Colfax Health and Rehab. Her favorite part of her job is spending time with the residents and planning all the special events we have here. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, and being physically active.
